    Scholarship materials are on a table in the guidance office. Take one for yourself. Scholarships are listed in order of due date and usually begin after winter break.


    Student Enrollments and Transcript Requests

    Any new student who will be entering Sutton Memorial High School in the fall should make sure they have all proper paperwork in hand before coming in to register.

    If coming from another MA high school, a transfer card is needed from your previous school. The following documents are needed for all students: permanent record, high school transcripts (for current high school students), previous years final report card, discipline report, attendance report, Special Education or Section 504 documents, physical and immunizations form and proof of residency documents.

    All documents should be mailed from previous school to: Sutton Memorial High School, c/o: High School Guidance Office, 383 Boston Road, Sutton, MA 01590

                     Work Permit Information

    Students bring the completed application and proof of identity (Driver's lic., permit, S.S. card or birth cert.) to the Guidance office between 7 and 3 each day (call ahead at 508-581-1640 Ext. 1169).

    During the summer months, students should bring the completed application to Mrs. Senecal in the High School Office. *Please call ahead to make an appointment at 508-581-1640 Ext. 1104.
