Alumni Transcript Request
Instructions to Request a High School Transcript
Federal laws require that we maintain your transcript on file for sixty (60) years. A transcript consists of your grades, rank in class, and average. Graduates of Sutton Memorial High school are able to request a copy of your transcript through the Counseling office. We do not keep copies of diplomas.
Complete the entire form and submit it. A confirmation of your request will be emailed to the email address provided in the form. Once your request is complete, you will be sent a final confirmation email with a receipt and a digital copy of your transcript.
