•  Instructions to Request a High School Transcript

    Federal laws require that we maintain your transcript on file for sixty (60) years. A transcript consists of your grades, rank in class, and average. Graduates of Sutton Memorial High school are able to request a copy of your transcript through the Guidance office.

    Note: For graduation dates 2019 and earlier, there is a $2.00 per transcript fee.

  • Step 1: Download Transcript Request Form

    Step 2: Complete form and return to the Guidance office by email

    Step 3: For graduation dates 2019 and earlier, there is a $2.00 per transcript fee.
                   Online payments are highly encouraged, if you require an alternative payment method, please contact the guidance office
