On April 27, 2026, the Sutton School Committee voted to open school choice seats for the 2026-2027 school year as follows:
Grade 6 - 5 seats
Grade 7 - 5 seats
Grade 9 - 10 seats
Grade 10 - 10 seats
Grade 11 - 6 seats
Grade 12 - 3 seats
If you are interested in enrolling your child in Sutton Public Schools and seats are available in that grade, you may complete the online Application. Please note that we do not provide transportation to/from school for school choice students.
All Applications received will be held until June 8, 2026. If the number of requests exceeds the number of seats available, a random drawing will take place. Applicants will be notified via e-mail whether or not their child will be offered a seat.
A second random drawing may be held on August 17, 2026, based upon the possibility of unexpected openings (i.e., if seats are still available in specific grades; or, if one of the seats previously offered to a student was declined). Applicants will be notified via e-mail whether or not their child will be offered a seat.
NOTE: At the conclusion of the second drawing (if applicable), the School Choice process will be deemed completed and consideration will not be given to any remaining school choice applications.
